The live streamed classes started on March 23rd, but you can still buy to stream the recorded session at anytime. 

Due to the current travel restrictions, workshops over the next 6 weeks have been cancelled, as well as a few over the last few weeks. 

So Eli will be running a 6 week online video course just for you :-) 
There will be four classes each week, each class will stream live at 9:30am Malta time and will also be available too stream for 7 days after the air date. Once purchased you will receive an email each time the next lesson is made available. 
If you are purchasing after the air date, then you'll have 7 days to watch each class. 
Pay for one week at a time or buy the full 6 weeks at a discount.
The aim will be to cover things that are not covered on MTG videos, in a class like setting where we train together, so they will be a mix of detailed explanation as well as lets just flow through some stuff
All will be solo training, as most people won't have a partner to train with, though it will include some bag training. 

Each class will be approximately 1 hour long.
 
The four classes each week are: 

Monday. 
Taiji Form. Doesn't matter what form you practice as the subject will be finding the internal with in your form.
Taiji form with out the internal Qigong aspect is just a mediocre physical exercise, but bring in the internal to your practice and it makes it one of the greatest health exercises out there. 
It is of course still very important to get the physical aspects of the form correct as well, Eli will briefly go over this, but the main focus will be the Qigong with in your form, including some insights into stone hands Taiji. 

Wednesday. 
Bagua Circular Form. Same as Monday but for Bagua.
Bagua form is a greater physical exercise than the Taiji form, but still with out the Qigong aspect you are only getting half the benefits, so this lesson will show you how to find this in your training. 
It is of course still very important to get the physical aspects of the form correct as well, Eli will briefly go over this, but the main focus will be the Qigong with in your form, including some insights into stone hands Bagua. 

Thursday.
Fast form stuff. 
Small San Sau, Large San Sau, Bagua Linear and maybe others. 
The idea of this class is not to learn a specific form, but to learn how to move fluently yet explosively. 
Keeping your body relaxed while issuing force.
So Eli will take movements from any of the fast forms, to teach you about this area of training. 

Saturday. 
Eli and the Bag. 
Physical training, you'll be taught an array of bag work, palms, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, forearms, and anything else you can think of. 
Eli will spend the hour in front of the bag showing you how to best develop each striking method, going from basic waist twisting right through to Fa-jing. 
If you don't have a bag, get one, or find something else you can hit, like a tree, a person, a door, all sorts of things you can hit :-)
