We currently offer the Old Yang Style Tai Chi classes on a one to one basis or in groups.
We also offer Hung Gar classes twice a week where the instructor, does demonstrate differences and similarities between the different styles that he has practiced.
Our classes are primarily focused on self defence, however, relaxation and strengthening of the mind, body and spirit is also a bi-product of such training.
