Training methods whereby the beginner is able to coordinate body and mind and take the self defence methods into the reflex area rather than only learning techniques etc. These are some of the most dangerous striking methods ever invented aimed at the most vulnerable parts of the body.
We only have three combined training methods to begin with (with sub-0methods for each) and these give you all you will ever need in a real confrontation or life or death situation. Instantaneous defence and attacking methods that go into one's sub-conscious and never leave you. Mostly aimed at the neck and eye area, these methods will stick with you through out your life and although I say that they are 'basic' you will find them very advanced really.
I can recommend this series to anyone beginner or advanced martial artist. And after not looking at this title in particular for about ten years, and having just viewed it all the way through, I now believe that this should be taught all students!
