This first of a two tape series covers the first two methods of "Long Har Ch'uan " or Dragon Prawn Boxing. This is where we learn about continuous attacking, dealing with upper and lower types of attack.
This two person set was first called 'Squid Boxing' because of the way the body is curved in order to avoid the opponent reaching us but allowing us to reach him. This is an excellent Tai Chi training set.
