We will be covering mainly fighting methods such as Small San-Sau and Push Hands as these are great for any martial system to enhance the self defence area. Dim-Mak is an integral part of Small San-Sau as is Fa-Jing (explosive energy), so Erle will also be covering basic Fa-Jing methods and how to gain this legendary attacking power from only a couple of inches away without loading first.
10 until 3 pm each day with one hour inclusive for lunch.
