Yang Lu-chan form

This form is the mother form of Tai Chi.
It is believed to be one of the oldest most original forms where all the other Yang style forms have come from.
There are no documents to prove the theories of how old it really is, however, more so than any other Yang form, this form adheres to the classics written by the old masters, which describe how we should should be moving.
The main obvious difference with this form is that it is has a balance of slow, fast and explosive movements, so we adhere to classic of move like the great river, great rivers are not all calm and slow like modern form

Everyone wishing to learn this form should start with the "Basics" 
If you do not have any contact with a teacher, then you may want to then look at the "Corrections"
From there you should move onto "Taiji to the Max"
