You may purchase (at this time) any of 347 DVD titles covering every conceivable aspect of the Internal Systems or you may view 5 to 10 minute clips of each video before purchasing. Erle has been writing articles for international magazines since 1978 and hundreds of his published articles are on this web site free to download and to learn from as are many of his published books and magazines (Combat & Healing Magazine).
You will also find information on Erle's classes worldwide as well as Eli Montaigue's classes and workshops. We also have a huge F.A.Q. section which will answer many of your questions. Unlike most lofty "Masters" Erle Montaigue has always answered his own emails and letters from students asking for help, but keep them short as he receives around 300 per day!

Please take note however, that if you are looking for some kind of religion or some way to make you Superman because you have seen Great Grandmaster Hoo Flung-dung throwing someone from a distance, or controlling someone's energy in some way physically, or other circus tricks of physics, please look elsewhere. This site is a down to earth and realistic self defence method for the real world of both physical and pathogenic attack. However, along the way, you might just discover yourself.
