This way of performing the Tai Chi form is phenomenal in what it does for you health wise. This is real Qigong at its highest level. (See Article on Tai Chi Qigong). This is the Tai Chi that will give you longevity and great good health into older age helping to fix such things as Arthritis and other problems of the joints and sinews etc.
You will notice that you have much better mobility and stretch with no 'after-pain' from doing low postures etc. Your mind will improve, with a balanced mind and body moving in co-ordination. Personally, I have found this way of doing Tai Chi to be the most wonderful experience, giving peace of mind and great happiness with a totally positive outlook. So it is excellent for those with mind problems such as bi-polar etc.
