This very advanced way of performing the medium frame Taiji form is your introduction to the highest level of "Hao Ch'uan" or Loose Boxing. Hao Ch'uan was the name given to Taijiquan before it was changed to Taijiquan late 19th Century. This is the first step after learning the basic form and will take you on to much higher levels of training. MTG21 is also an excellent way of learning and taking you into the higher levels
