This DVD titles also comes from Camp 2007 in Rostock Germany where Erle Montague gave one of his many impromptu and unexpected lessons after dinner one evening. This covered some deep insights into Qigong, how it works to heal the body and also to gain power from the backbone.
The Push Hands is something close to Erle's heart as his ideas and experience only ever lean to the real world self defence methods gained from push hands. No long open stances, just standing there as if you were in the street.
