Dim-Mak does not actually have a system on its own, as Taiji and Bagua are the foundation forms of Dim-Mak. However, near to the end of one's physical training at Wudang, 4 intricate but beautiful forms were taught to give you the "keys" that unlock the whole of your training thus far! They are based upon the four main EARTH elements of Water (River), Air (Wind), Valleys and Mountains. They are based upon the internal aspects of those "elements", very powerful, often slow and flowing, often very explosive.
