This tape teaches the interesting and helpful, 12 meridian healing qigongs. Each qigong helps its associated organ and meridian as well as working upon things like, gaining more internal power, or simply having confidence etc. The meridians through which the Qi flows have a direct effect upon that flow of Qi.
When we activate these meridians we have a direct effect upon the internal organs and therefore upon the health of the body in general. If you re-balance one meridian, all are balanced as all are connected.
