Carries on from Volumes 1 & 2 showing the Bagua linear form at its most advanced level with the dim-mak applications for each movement. When we begin learning this form it seems so long and seems to have so many movements.
But once learnt, we wonder where all the movements went as this form is so natural that we think there are less movements that we actually learnt.
