Description

This video teaches TUNG'S FAST FORM. Invented by the great Tung Ying-Chieh, one of Yang Cheng-Fu's main students, it includes fast and slow parts. It takes only around 4 minutes to perform and has some aspects of both T'ai Chi, Pa-Kua and H'sin-I. Tung was not happy with the all slow moving form from Yang Cheng-fu, so he invented his own fast form to compensate for the lack of explosive moves in the Cheng-fu form. It is good for self-defense and for health.
