A special live online workshop for WTBA members. Sunday the 5th of January 2025, at 11am UK time.
The WTBA has always been more of a family than an organisation, as any of you will know who have come to a training camp. In the hope to make all members around the world feel connected, I am going to run this live online workshop on Sunday the 5th of January 2025, at 11am UK time, that should make it a reasonable time for most people outside of Europe. We can all start the year with a group training session to inspire a year of great learning and development :-) We need everyone to join in to make it amazing! If you're a member of the WTBA then you should be signing up, since friendship and connecting is what the WTBA was founded on. Hopefully everyone can make the live time, but you can also join the workshop after and follow the recording, which you can download to keep.Some of you might be a little out of date with technology, but it's very simple to connect to an online workshop, just ask if you need help. The workshop will cover a mixture of things, so there will for sure be something you want to practice. It will have some instructional parts where I will teach you through some training, forms, and some bag work, so if you have something to hit, that's great, if not then you can watch that part, or punch the air. The point is not to join only to learn something new, it's to connect to the WTBA family. I will also do some guided flow practice, where we flow through form and qigong together, feeling the connection to every WTBA member (or at least most) doing the same form at the same time. This has never been done before, so I really hope everyone books in for this :-)
