This system is believed to be where Tai Chi, Bagua, and Hsing I originated from.

But in fact it is only the "Wudang" system, that is very old, we believe it to have been first created in the 1300's.
In Wudang, you will see elements of Tai Chi, Bagua and Hsing I.
