Hopefully after you have gone through all this information and learnt a little about Tai Chi and Bagua, you will want more, look through the other parts of this site, find a teacher in your area, or even just a training partner will be of great benefit to the learning process.

I will be updating this page as I have the time to put up more information on learning tai chi online, keep in mind though that to get a feel for tai chi and to get started, although learning online is a great new way of learning, eventually you will want to start learning with a teacher or if you don't have access to one then you can do the next best thing and start learning via webcam.
