Costing £20, £30, or £40 per month depending on the tier you choose.

You can view a full month of these classes we've already done for free here.

Classes run 7 days a week and the general class timetable is found below.

The times are set so they should work well for people in different time zones.
Classes are also recorded, so if there is no live time that suits you, you can always watch the class after.

These are the standard class times and all times listed are UK Time.
Please check the time change for your time zone to see what classes you're able to join live.

What do the classes cover?

We have two different class types.

1. Guided Flow & Revision Training Sessions.
These classes are all about the flow, Eli guides you through a training session.
Meaning that he will not be teaching the movements from scratch. He will flow through forms and Qigong, giving you some verbal guidance along the way.

Sometimes going through a whole form, or other times flowing through a section a few times in different ways. Often giving some training tips and answering questions.
These are essentially Eli's own training sessions, which he invites you to join. Though he does keep the training to foundations methods, naturally when he does the form, you will see him doing his form as he does it at his level.

Open to everyone, but aimed at those who already know the forms. Classes on the weekend will sometimes be canceled due to Eli's workshops.

Taiji Flow & Revision - Four sessions per week. 45-60 minutes.
This could be the YLC first third, SSS, Qigong of all sorts.
Bagua Flow & Revision - Once a week. 45-60 minutes.
This will be Bagua Circular Form, Qigong and Circle Walking.
Strength & Mobility - Three times per week. 30-45 minutes.
This is a very important part of ones training. It is too often that people in the internal martial arts world are physically weak. Not in China though, in China there has always been just as much importance placed on physical training as internal training. In the west there is this new age idea that we only need Qi, which is of course not true.
These classes are usually spit into a pull day, a push day and a leg day. Training things like pull ups, push ups, core work, squats etc.

2. Instructional Classes.
These classes break down and teach the movements of the forms, teaching you all the details you need to learn the solo aspects.
Perfect for someone who has not yet learnt the form, however we also have many advanced instructors joining these classes to learn more about the foundations of their practice. The bag work class is good whether or not you've done anything before.

Yang Lu Chan Form Second Third.
Once a week, 50-60 mins.
Bag Work General Training.
Once a week, 30 mins.
Bagua Circular Form.
Once a week, 50-60 mins.
Qi Development Tools Qigong.
Once a week, 50-60 mins.
Deadly Katas Qigong.
Once a week, 50-60 mins.
Three Circle Standing Qigong (Last class November 17th)
Once a week, 30 mins.
New classes starting 2026 (with one month free trial)

- January. Two new classes as follows. (With the month of January Free)
  Two new classes starting in the new year, covering options 1 and 3 of the WTBA Taiji grading syllabus. Option 1 is slow form and qigong, option 3 adds Small San Sau and bag work. Essentially option 3 teaches you everything you can learn without a training partner. You can even take this right up to instructor level and get graded online if you wish. These classes will be perfect for beginners, but also those already training with the WTBA who want to fill in any gaps in their foundations. There will also be a special extra for these classes. At the end of each month, Eli will tell you what you should film yourself doing, send this to him, then he will send back a personalised video to you, explaining any errors you might be making. This will be included in the price of the classes after the free trail.
  As with all the live classes, these are also recorded, so if you can't make the live time, you can catch the class at any time that suits you. Recordings stay up for two months.
  Small San Sau and Bag work class will start on Monday, January 5th at 7pm UK time. The Taiji form and Qigong class will be starting Wednesday, January 7th at 7pm UK time. For Australasia and American times zones, if we get enough registrations we may schedule extra live times to better suit your time zone. Make sure you register so we know where you are.
- January. Free, Standing Qigong Challenge!
  This practice is one of the most mentally demanding, especially doing it on your own. So, for the month of January Eli will be doing a free challenge. This is where is takes you through a guided session of standing qigong, being with a group will help you to stay motivated!
  It will start January 5th, 7am, then there will be a session every morning and evening till January 31st. Exact times TBA. You of course don't have to do every session, but that's the gaol, better some than none. Sessions also recorded for people who can't make the live times.
- March. Yang Lu Chan Taiji From First Third Advanced
  This will be a very detailed class on the first third of the form, going into the more advanced concepts and movements. You need to have a good foundation in the form before trying this class.
  This class will start in March.
- March. Yang Lu Chan Taiji form Third Third
  This class carries on from our second third class which is coming to an end. Taking you through the third part of the YLC form. The form will be taught at it's foundation level, but keep in mind that foundation level in third part is a much higher level than foundations in the first third. This is because you're no longer a beginner if you're learning the third part, therefore, the third part is never taught at such a basic level.
  This class will start in March.

What you'll get out of these classes

So many students around the world these days learn on their own via video, but you really do need some connection to a teacher and other students.
Of course face to face is better, but this is often not an option, these online classes are the next best thing.

You will feel a sense of community, connection, motivation and inspiration, if you've not tried it, you're missing out!
Of course attending live is best, as this means you can ask questions at the end and be more a part of the class, but if your schedule does not allow this, following the recording is still very different compared to an instructional video, as you will benefit from seeing the questions and interaction with the students who do attend live.
Plus, you can still ask questions, just send Eli an email with your question about class, and he will answer it during the next class.

Time with your teacher is so important, not just to get the details, but to feel the flow.
A good student does their practice with their teacher as often as possible to pick up the internal aspects of training.
Even if via the live video stream, it's still far better than being on your own.

You will receive a link to the live class around 10 minutes before class starts. If you have not received the link by 5 minutes before class, please get in touch.

You will then get another link later for the recording of that class. Recordings are available for two months.

Make sure you get your zoom set up, once you're in the class, click on the view tab and make sure it is set to gallery, then you can pin Eli's screen to make him stay as the full screen.
