1. Live Private classes via Zoom Video Call.
This is the ultimate way of learning online, Eli will watch you like hawk and help you iron out any mistakes you're making,
and also help you to progress into the higher levels once your base is solid.
You can even record the class, so you'll be able to remember what we went over.

£30 for 30 minutes (£22 with Allied Gold Membership)
£30 for 30 minutes (£22 with Allied Gold Membership)
£55 for an hour (£40 with Allied Gold Membership)
2. Pre Recorded Video Corrections
(send a video of your training then you get one back explaining what you need to work on)
The 30 minutes is split up into Eli watching your video a few times to analyse, then the video back to you.
3. Mini video sessions
Like option 2, but instead of sending one video of a form, you only send two postures. This way you can do a little bit every few days, or once a week, what ever fits into your schedule. Contact us for more details on this.

4. Private class in person
