Qi Development Tools & The Deadly Katas

Two opposite poles, one for the very calming yin, the other for the fiery yang.
Starting in September, Online via Zoom. With the first month of training FREE to see if it suits you.
An interactive class, where you can ask questions to be sure you're understanding what is being taught, Eli will also be able to see you, to point out anything you personally need to focus on.
They will also be recorded so you can watch at a later time that suits you.
These classes will be taught as if you where in class in Wales with Eli personally, meaning, we won't be rushing through them!
Each of the 12 methods will take two weeks to learn, always looking back and doing revision on the previous ones, using the ones we've learnt as a warm up before moving onto the next.
You can choose to follow one or the other, but these two methods really compliment each other, so it's highly advisable to learn both together.
The Yang will help you understand the Yin, and vice versa. Each week, one Qi Development Tool & one Deadly Kata will be taught.
This means the course will be at least 24 weeks long. That might seem like a lot, but only if you want to learn an empty shell of the movements could you learn them any faster. Of course if you feel it's too much, you can stop after you learn the first 6. Keep in mind, each Qigong only has a few movements, so the physical elements to learn are not too much.
These are very deep and meaningful Qigong methods that need to be taken slowly to truly understand them.

The Qi Development Tools, and The Deadly Katas, are two of the most important areas in your internal martial arts and qigong training.
Understanding "Taiji" The supreme opposites.
Without understanding this, your Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Qigong, Meditation, Yoga, or any other internal practice, will only ever be half baked, and we all know what half baked bread is like to eat, or was that just me who didn't read the label?
Anyway, focussing on only one of these energies, will give you very little, or can even make things worse.
This is why the old Taijiquan and Baguazhang forms have a mix of these two energies within them. The idea that Taiji equals soft and calm, is a modern fallacy.
You can learn these things from within your Taiji or Bagua forms.
But, where these forms focus on just about everything you need to learn, the Qigong's we're talking about here focus in specifically on understanding supreme opposites.
I (Eli) myself had been practicing Taiji and Bagua forms for many years before I learnt these. And even though I had a very good balance of YinYang in my training so far, these methods opened up a whole new world for me, things started happening that I had never felt before.
Of course all these things then transferred back into my Taiji and Bagua forms, taking all of my training into a new realm.
Suitable for all.
