Started martial arts in 1977.
5th degree black belt in Kung Fu, Black belt in JKD/Kali, Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Practicing Taiji from 1994.

Ongoing classes in Baltimore/Ellicott City area, beginners are welcome anytime. 
We preserve both self-defense and healing aspects of the Taijiquan, and bring elements from other disciplines if it is helpful. 

Qigong, YCF and YLC forms and applications, similarities and differences with mixed martial arts (MMA), Small and Large San Sau, Weapons, Sparring, Self Defense.
