9:30am Interactive Pad Work, Drills 1-4.

2pm Chinese Boxing Drills, Drills 1-4.

9:30am YLC Taiji First Third Applications Practice. 

12pm Lunch.

2pm YLC Taiji First Third Form Corrections.
