MTG166 Fighting Methods of Internal Gung-fu Vol. 1

The three Dragons used in Baguazhang are: Yang or aggressive Dragon Palm methods, Sneaky Dragon Methods and Soft or Gentle Methods. Each method gives you different ways of fighting in a small set of deadly techniques from Baguazhang. Contains the Bagua Snake Hands Method contained in my Internal Gung-fu Volume Two Book.
