On this tape, Erle carries on with the fighting methods series. Here he includes many deadly Baguazhang fighting methods as well as some Taijiquan methods. These are not only fighting methods however, they are considered to be the "mother methods" from whence all other techniques come.

The internal Fighting Systems give us the bare essentials to understand self-defense. However, out of these fighting methods there are literally hundreds of techniques. These methods teach us to go internal and defend at a sub-conscious level. The Dim-Mak applications are also included on in this series.

Included is the Bagwa Dragon Fighting method of yang Dragon, the 'Soft' Dragon and the 'Elusive Dragon'. Also covered are many of the 'Snake' methods as well as the 'Phoenix' methods.
