MTG191 Sudden Violence Vol 5

On this tape, Erle Montaigue takes you through some of the sudden violence methods used against attackers who will rush at you, like for instance a football player who is used to doing this. The basic principles are always adhered to, however, special emphasis must be placed upon evasion and surprise so that the attacker's 'switches' are confused. Erle shows the high type of attack as well as when someone goes low as in a rugby type of tackle.
