Erle takes you through the very basics of fa-jing and how to do it. Covering the various attacking methods of lateral and vertical movement of the wrist.

And he also includes the Baguazhang Silk Reeling Fa-jing method to help in the learning of Fa-Jing. Fa-Jing kicking is also included.
