32 separate exchanges, this is one of the most useful two person training exercises from Baguazhang. here we make use of every possible attack and defence in one beautifully flowing two person fighting set. Not the usual dance like set that many people teach nowadays but a very powerful and explosive set using very deadly techniques and defences against these.

Here, Erle teaches the first 7 of the 32 separate sets which link up to make one very long and flowing fighting set.
