On this volume Erle Montaigue takes you through the learning of the Phoenix, Monkey and Lion entering and fighting methods. The Monkey and Lion are just so effective as are all of them, but these two are Erle's favourites.
Not only the Entering Methods, but also the basic fighting methods of each animal is shown and demonstrated. This is an excellent series for learning how to fight like an animal and getting right away from static stances and 'martial arts' applications etc.
