The Monkey is the closest animal to the human being and as such we are able to emulate this wonderful and deadly fighting system easier. The monkey is relentless in his attack using relaxed but deadly palm fighting methods which makes use of his very heavy arms. When you are struck by this method, it feels like a huge piece of wood has struck you.

There are 8 separate sections all joined together into one beautifully flowing and powerful form. Each section has one or two 'modules' which have something in common, a way of fighting. When done correctly, this form is able to bring out the 'animal within' or the 'reptile brain' within.
