Sets 8 & 9 are taught on this volume, Slicing Form and Agular Slip Form.It is not only for self defence using a knife but also how to move the body for real self defence methods and using fa-jing with a knife. How to de-bone, stick, pierce, slice, ice-pick etc. Also great for cardiac exercise.
