MTG343 Bagua Circular Pole Form

At last, Erle Montaigue has finally put onto DVD the brilliant Baguazhang Pole Form. Unlike the Bagua Staff form which is based upon the Linear Bagua Form, this Pole form is based solely upon the Classical Bagua Circular form. The pole is heavier and taller than the Staff Form Pole and is an excellent body building form as well as for self defence (if one were able to carry it in the street nowadays). Broken into 8 "Pole Changes" in the same way that the Bagua Empty hand circular form is, this form gives you all of the body work for the self defence area. It tones up all of the important muscle groups for fighting.
