MTG377 The Bagua Palm: Vol 2

This series covers Baguazhang, showing how to use the palm for attack and defence as well as giving some really nice training methods. The Bagua circular form postures are covered for the first two palm changes in their "small frame" level. These are the much more violent methods that are taught to more advanced students. Erle will also be covering each of the Bagua postures, taking each and giving a brief method covering many different applications of each.
