This book does not teach the syllabus, it is a small book simply listing down all the things you need to train in. To know how to train them, you'll need to get the videos, you can't learn martial arts from books. This book is an index of each thing you need to check off your list.

This book is for students working there way up to Instructor 1st Degree, or for current instructors wanting to become unified instructors by updating to the current syllabus.
