Monday and Wednesday Evenings 8-9:30 p.m.
Costs: $100-$140 a month (depending on contract)

What is taught: YLC Form, Qigong, Small and Large San Sau, Wudang Hand Weapons, Single and Double Push-Hands, Da-Lu.

2) Henson Family YMCA

Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 9:30-10:30
Costs: YMCA membership
Taught: Qigong and YLC form
