Where to start

​

For your Bagua training, the best place to start is the "Circular Form" . Then move onto the "Linear Form" .These are your two main forms in Bagua.  The "Animal Forms" can be learnt anytime after you are confident in your Circular Form. 

If you have been practicing Bagua for many years already,  then you could go straight for what ever looks interesting to you.
