On this tape you learn about the 9 fa-jing stick preliminary training methods. 9 short katas that teach you body/mind co-ordination. These are some of the most excellent brief forms or katas of any weapon set. If you wish to learn stick fighting then this is the tape for you. These nine preliminary sets should and are stick fighting methods on their own.
Straight forward, no nonsense techniques using some of the most dangerous fighting methods ever invented and all aimed at vital points on the human body. It is also one of the best all round exercises available from the martial arts. A little training in these methods and the student finds himself able to strike with great accuracy and power to deadly points on the human body without hesitation.

Shows the Taijiquan Short Stick Form up to the first kick. This for is one of the better weapons forms making use of an object that anyone can use. From this form came all of the other Taijiquan weapons forms such as sword. This is the advanced version and showing much more detail to MTG8. So many tiny 'internal movements' are shown.

This two person set is little known in Tai Chi chrcles as it was one of the Yang Family Secrets until Erle Montaigue released it to the general public.
