On this tape Erle Montaigue goes further into the intricacies of Internal Gung-fu showing the healing applications as well as the fighting applications. He also begins the very complex area of 'transference of Qi (energy) for healing and for fighting. We can often get away with the purely external aspects of the Internal martial arts as they stand alone nicely.

However, if one wishes to take the internal arts to their higher levels, then we must learn about transference of Qi either for harming or for healing.
