MTG149 Qi Disruptive Kata No. 7 (Water Form)
This video takes you through the 7th kata called, the "One Handed Form" or the "Water" form acting upon the 'bladder' meridian. This is the first of the katas that has a definite qigong set of movements. Here we learn to use one hand for defence.
