MTG163 Disruptive Kata No. 9 (Wuqi Form)

This tape is the last of the series for beginners. Forms 10, 11 and 12 were originally only taught to advanced students and instructors.

However, i feel that one's training is not complete without these last three so I have now published all 12 Qi Disruptive Forms so that everyone can benefit form them. Erle Montaigue is the ONLY person who has ever published these forms. Each kata will be published in book form in the series "Internal Gung-Fu, The Complete Story".
