MTG190 Developing the Internal Energy

I discovered that many of my students, although they had the physical movements correct, they just weren't getting the internal development. So I took a look at what they were dong and developed a way of teaching how using what they already knew, form and push hands. Now, most them at least have a better understanding of how to gain it and how to use it. (The Internal Qi).
