Erle Montaigue corrects the Yang Lu-ch'an form on camera. Erle takes the students through each of the movements of this old form watching them and then correcting their mistakes. In this way, each person usually gets the same mistakes so in correcting on camera, you will also find many mistakes and be able to then correct them in great detail. This is an excellent way to not only correct your basic form but also the learn it! This volume takes you up to the end of the first third.
