Yang Lu-ch’an’s Silk Reeling Old Style Form Final Volume 9. This is the final in the series and takes you from the end of Volume 8 to the end of the third 3rd. This volume is particularly beautiful as it includes some really useful and beautiful qigong methods, like the Spiral way of Slant Flying opens up the 7 Gates to spiritual Qi when done in the Spiral manner.

The next postures of Fair Lady Works Shuttles, then takes that energy input and locks it in to the tantien. The 3rd third has been really formulated to work the Qi even more so. The final moves from Step Forward to 7 Stars up to the punch after the Lotus kick really get the body working in complete harmony with the inner flow of Qi, then the explosive punch really grounds that Qi into the tantien.
