MTG389 Llangadog Workshop covering Chee Sau

This video was filmed at one of Erle's Llangadog workshops.Briefly covering some of the basics of chee sau, but mainly focusing on the more advanced details. 

We learn to use Eagle Vision and to attack as soon as we are attacked with the shortest route and with the greatest power from short distances. We learn at a reflex level how to know when an attack will happen and to move the body accordingly in an instant and to re-attack to vital points. We learn how to react at a sub-conscious level by taking in how the opponent's body moves in order to know what type of attack is imminent even before it happens!
