MTG397 Beginning the Old Yang Tai Chi

This title gives you all you need for a basic start in the Old Yang Style of Tai Chi. The first 3rd of the long form, Small San-Sau, Single Push Hands, and Standing Qigong. All for only £15!

Of course not in as much detail as MTG404 YLC form, and MTG403 SSS. 

These are the better videos to get if you're serious about your training. 

But if you just want to give it a try, then this is a great one to start with as it give you a bit of everything on one video.
