MTG444 Large San Sau, The History
This video is not for learning the Large San Sau, it is only a video about the history of the form and an explanation as to why certain moves have been changed over the years.
It is here mainly for those people who have learnt the form from the older videos and are confused as to why some moves are different now, so Eli goes into detail as to why the moves were changed and also explains with a partner why the newer versions of the applications are superior.
Erle Montaigue was never one for tradition, if a move didn't work or went against the Old Yang Taiji Principles then he would change it, but not before years of thought and training was put in, as some people will change a move just because they think it doesn't work, but in fact they simple don't understand the move.
Eli gives his own personal opinion on the history of this form and where he thinks it really came from.
