Push Hands, Chee Sau, Da Lu
Push Hands is one of the most important training methods, with Chee Sau and Da Lu being great add on's.Â

This is where we learn to train strength while not using excess tension in the body. Grounding, sensitivity, awareness, structure under pressure, core movement, and will develop into a freestyle sparing like method.

You can add Chee Sau and Da Lu along the way if you feel like adding something different.Â
