Carrying on with this series where Erle Montaigue is teaching his own children, hence he is very complete and pedantic about what they learn. Every minute movement is taught with great accuracy as well as the basic martial arts applications of each movement. This volume begins at the first set of kicking movements and ends with the Brush Knee and Twist Steps after these.
