Wudang

This system is believed to be where Tai Chi, Bagua, and Hsing I originated from. These arts are not actually that old, Tai Chi for example was created in the early 1800's. But you hear people talk about Tai Chi being 100's or even 1000's of years old! But in fact it is only the "Wudang" system, that is very old, we believe it to have been first created in the 1300's. In Wudang, you will see elements of Tai Chi, Bagua and Hsing I. The videos here are laid out in order of how you should be learning. It is best to have a foundation in Tai Chi or Bagua before starting these forms.
